Design and specification: we assess architectural or designer specifications if engaged, or alternatively, present design and product options to the client in line with project briefing and insights

Estimating and quotation: honest, clear and with no hidden costs

Sample submission and product approvals: we review samples with the client and obtain the required approvals 

Safety: we submit Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) along with safety data sheets for all materials used

Project management: we clearly and transparently communicate throughout the entire engagement and ensure the project runs on time and budget

Installation: we apply over 50 years’ experience in commercial flooring to deliver a quality product and experience 

Handover: we deliver the finished product defect free and then take clients through the owners-manual, as well as the care and maintenance documents. During this time, we also submit product and installation warranty documentation
