24 COLLINS ST

 

24 Collins St was constructed over 100 years ago in 1912. This not only lead to access and loading difficulties but also brought a challenging concrete substrate to bring back to life.

Working with Staark Projects, Lockwood Flooring was engaged from the very start to aid in floor finish design and specification right through to construction.

Floor finishes included:

Vinyl: Interface
Grind and Seal: Lockwood Flooring
