637 Flinders St

Uniquely positioned on the CBD riverfront with exceptional public transport and road access, 637 Flinders Street has been designed for business to thrive. This base build upgrade consisted of 25,000m2 of new carpet tiles with a very extensive floor preparation scope. With 3,500m2 floor plates, every m2 of this project was covered with grinding and self levelling screeds varying from 1mm to 70mm. As the existing substrate was an engineered light weight screed there had to be detailed consideration and supplier specifications to ensure success long term.
