ZEN Apartments

55 storey residential tower located at the northern fringe of the Melbourne CBD. Lockwood Flooring completed the full refurbishment of all common areas including every single corridor. The project included much planning as this was a fully occupied and operational building. Ensuring clean and safe work spaces was paramount to the successfully delivery of this project.
